Seasoning Shop came about in 1997 just as Mr. Hemant Desai was working on a Casai’s Gourmet Seasoning Shop in San Antonio, Texas as his son Carmant Desai was growing up.  At the time Mr. Desai was operating Cardy’s Seafood and Cardy’s Steak & Seafood both restaurants’ customers start asking about his Seasoned French Fries, Fish Nuggets*, Fried Shrimp, Fried Catfish, Blackened Fish, Hush Puppies, Coleslaw, Ranch Dressing and Cajun Rice Recipe and products.
